Regenerative Motor Controller

We have developed a ultra compact 3-phase brushless (AC motor) controller series with or without regenerative braking. Using novel design, it is less than a quarter of the size of conventional controllers. Competitive costing makes it an extremely useful controller for manufacturers of electric vehicles.

Features

  1. Up to 100V input standard.

  2. 50 A continuous (models available 20A and 100A or to client spec).

  3. Regenerative option still allows complete free-wheeling of motor.

  4. Very compact (50A controller 80mm long by 50mm wide by 20mm high) - at least a quarter of the volume of conventional controllers.

  5. Circuit uses completely discrete logic control (all logic is static logic and analogue circuitry, no chance of error states, no chance of losing data with noise, no flash memory, no ageing. Circuit was originally designed to operate inside a hub motor with all EM fields, noise and vibration).

  6. Circuit can be encapsulated for complete waterproofing.

  7. Can be paralleled to double or triple current (50A, 100A, 150A, 200A, etc).

  8. Novel design ensures high reliability and extremely competitive pricing.
